What does the monthly fee cover?
It covers running and maintaining your automation, support, and AI usage within fair-use limits. Setup is a separate one-time fee.
What happens if a workflow breaks?
Every workflow ships with automated checks. If it stops performing the way we agreed, we pause it, fix it, and redeploy. Keeping it running is our responsibility, not yours.
How is our data handled?
Your data is used only to run your workflows. We use the services needed to run your automation, as described in our privacy policy. If you bring your own model keys, it stays within your own provider account.
What if we want a workflow you haven't built yet?
That's a Custom build. Tell us the process, and we'll scope it, quote a fixed price, and build it against your stack.
How quickly can we go live?
A pilot workflow is typically live within about two weeks. Larger or custom builds depend on scope — we'll give you a clear timeline in the quote.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long lock-in. If it's not delivering value, you're free to stop.
